Payneteasy (also written PaynetEasy) is a payment technology provider that gives payment service providers, banks and fintechs a branded payment gateway, and offers an orchestration layer that routes transactions across several acquirers. Its own documentation is explicit that it supplies technology, not merchant acquiring or merchant accounts, so each merchant still needs its own acquiring relationship.
The platform combines rule-based and statistics-driven routing, fraud filters, 3D Secure, reconciliation and payouts in one back office. The company says it has been serving payment businesses since 2005.

How the platform works
In its simplest form, Payneteasy is a gateway that a PSP or bank rebrands as its own. The partner's merchants see a checkout, merchant portal, notifications and reports under the partner's name, while Payneteasy runs the routing, fraud scoring, encryption, tokenisation and settlement tracking behind them. Transactions are directed by configurable rules, screened by fraud filters with optional 3D Secure, and sent to acquirers; settlement and reconciliation are then tracked in the back office. The company does not publish a step-by-step authorisation sequence.
The orchestration platform is described as a control layer that sits above several PSPs and acquirers behind a single API. Compared with the gateway mode, which connects one to three acquirers according to the company, the orchestration mode is advertised for an unlimited number. Our guide to payment orchestration sets out the wider model.
Routing and balancing
Payneteasy describes three routing layers. Rules split traffic by country, card type, amount or any parameter in the incoming API request. A statistics-driven balancer tracks which acquirer converts best and costs least for each client and traffic type, and cascading retries a declined transaction through another acquirer in real time. Limits and filters cap traffic per business, merchant or customer so volumes stay within acquirer agreements. Each merchant project in the white-label gateway can carry its own acquirer priorities, amount limits, geographic rules and fallback chains. See payment routing, cascading and retries for the concepts.
The company reports that routing and cascading typically lift approval rates by 10% to 30% and cites a case study with a 23% conversion increase, but gives no supporting data on the page. These are vendor claims.
Products
White-label payment gateway
The gateway page lists a branded checkout and portal, recurring and one-time payments, multicurrency support, peer-to-peer transfers, payouts, 130+ configurable fraud filters, 3D Secure, chargeback prevention based on Ethoca and a back office with acquirer and merchant reconciliation. It states a typical launch within one week, with bank, merchant and alternative payment method integrations taking one to two weeks, and a 99.95% verified uptime since April 2022 tracked by Pingdom. It also contrasts the offer with an in-house build, which it puts at 12 to 18 months and US$500,000 to US$2 million or more; those comparison figures are the company's own.
Orchestration platform
The orchestration page lists 1,000+ integrations and providers, unified cross-provider reconciliation, 130+ fraud and risk filters, real-time FX conversion and payouts to 122 countries and 100+ currencies. It says integration takes from one day to several weeks and needs a developer and QA time.
Customer Management System and cashier-style tools
A Customer Management System assigns customers to tiers with their own limits, risk rules and routing. On 31 August 2026 Payneteasy announced auto-leveling for it, which moves customers between levels when activity crosses provider-set thresholds, with manual override and an option to reset progress. The feature works only in the mode where Payneteasy holds the customer records and applies to deposits and withdrawals. A Smart Checkout page adapts to country, currency and device, and a Multichannel Payment Integration product links a PSP to a cashier system; see our explainer on what a payment cashier is.
Risk, disputes and payouts
The anti-fraud system offers configurable screening and monitoring, with blacklists, whitelists and loyalty lists. A 3DS adapter handles authentication, a dispute management system tracks chargebacks, and a leads protection system protects customer data. Global payouts cover cards, bank transfers and wallets.
Payneteasy MCP
Payneteasy offers a read-only Model Context Protocol server so AI assistants can query back-office data: transaction analytics, order investigation, and merchant, project, gate and processor reference data. The page states it cannot authorise, capture or refund payments, start payouts, move funds or change settings, and that it does not expose raw card numbers. Access uses a restricted, revocable token with separate sandbox and production credentials. No launch date is given.
Developer experience and integrations
There are three documented integration routes: a hosted payment page on the partner's subdomain, Hosted Fields (card iframes inside the merchant's own checkout that return a single-use token) and a Payment Gateway API described as OpenAPI 3.1, covering sale, preauthorisation, capture, void, refund, payout and transfer, with sandbox testing. The FAQ also mentions embedded forms and a mobile SDK. The page notes that none of the routes removes a merchant's PCI DSS obligations entirely. Launch is described in four stages: discovery, integration and testing, compliance and certification, then go-live.
Payment methods, currencies and coverage
Payneteasy says its platform connects to 1,000+ payment methods, acquirers and CMS platforms and states that any currency or payment method is supported by design. It does not publish a method-by-method list in the pages reviewed. Business types served are PSPs, banks, fintechs, large merchants and marketplaces; the contact form lists iGaming and sports betting among its industry options, though the product pages do not describe a dedicated gaming offer. On 14 November 2025 the company published a note on its presence at the SiGMA Central Europe event in Rome, where it presented its orchestration and white-label products.
Pricing model
The company does not disclose pricing. The only price-related statement found was that its Proxy 3DS service is free (company reference, 3 November 2026).

Regulation in brief
Payneteasy describes itself as a PCI DSS Level 1 service provider under version 4.0, a Visa Validated Service Provider (for a seventh consecutive year, per its reference text), a Mastercard SDP compliant provider and a Google Pay certified processor. It states that its 3DS adapter supports PSD2 strong customer authentication. The pages reviewed do not mention a payment or e-money licence, consistent with its statement that it is not an acquirer. See our licence checking guide.
Who it tends to suit
Payneteasy is commonly used by PSPs, banks and fintechs that want to launch or rebrand a gateway quickly, and by operators that need multi-acquirer routing with per-merchant rules. Teams comparing orchestration and cashier-style vendors may also look at Corefy, Akurateco and BridgerPay. More profiles sit in the gateways hub.
