Third-party trademarks

Company names, product names, logos and trademarks mentioned on the Site belong to their respective owners. We use them only to identify the companies and products we report on, which is a descriptive, editorial use. Their use does not mean that any owner is affiliated with, sponsors or endorses Payments30, or that we endorse them.

We do not reproduce companies' marketing text or images. Facts are taken from public sources, written in our own words and linked so you can check them.

Company logos

Where we show a company's logo or mark, it is shown unaltered, at a small size, next to reporting about that company, solely to identify it. Logo artwork comes from the open-source Simple Icons project (icon data released under CC0); the marks themselves remain trademarks of their owners. Where no such artwork is available, we set the company's name in our own typeface. Showing a logo does not mean the company has reviewed, sponsored or endorsed the page. Owners who prefer that we do not display their mark can email legal@humainz.com and we will replace it with the company name.

Photographs

Photos on Payments30 are stock photographs used under the Pexels License, which allows free commercial and editorial use. Each photo is credited with a link to its source. Photos are illustrative only: they do not show the products, premises, staff or customers of the companies named on the page, and any card, device or brand visible in a photo is incidental. We do not use photos of identifiable people in a way that suggests they endorse anything.

News wire and official images

The "Markets and policy wire" on the home page lists headlines published by central banks, regulators and governments, each linking to the original release. We do not reproduce their text. Images shown with the wire are official US government photographs in the public domain or photographs from Wikimedia Commons used under their Creative Commons licence (CC BY-SA), credited with the author and licence. Use of an official photograph does not imply endorsement by the person or institution shown.

If you believe material on the Site infringes your copyright or trademark, email legal@humainz.com with:

  1. Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
  2. A description of the work or mark you say is infringed.
  3. The exact page address and the material concerned.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.
