Corrections policy
Last updated 3 November 2026
We want every fact on Payments30 to be right. When something is wrong, we fix it and say so.
How to report an error
Email corrections@payments30.com with:
- The address of the page.
- The statement you believe is wrong.
- A link to a primary source that shows the correct information, for example a regulator register entry, an official filing or the company's own published page.
What happens next
| Step | What we do | Target time |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Acknowledge your email | 2 business days |
| 2 | Check the claim against primary sources | 5 business days |
| 3 | Correct the page if it is wrong and update the "Last updated" date | As soon as verified |
| 4 | Reply to you with the outcome | With step 3 |
These are targets, not guarantees. Complex or legal matters can take longer.
Material corrections
When a correction changes the meaning of a page, for example a licence status, a fee or an enforcement fact, we add a short correction note at the end of the page with the date.
Right of reply for companies
A company we write about may ask us to correct a fact, add its response to a regulatory matter, or update information that has changed. Requests must come from an official company address and should include supporting primary sources. We will consider every request in good faith, but we decide what we publish. We do not remove accurate, sourced information because a company asks us to.
Legal complaints
Defamation, copyright and trademark complaints should go to legal@humainz.com. See our copyright and trademarks page.
