About Payments30

Last updated 3 November 2026

Payments30 is an independent publication about the companies and rules that move money: payment service providers, acquirers, card networks, e-money institutions, neobanks, crypto firms and regulated online brokers.

We write for people who need to understand a provider before they deal with it: merchants choosing a payment partner, finance and compliance teams, founders, analysts and curious readers.

How we work

Every page is built from primary sources: the company's own website and filings, regulator registers and official publications. We link those sources at the end of each page and show the date we checked them. We do not publish ratings or star scores, and we do not invent figures. Our editorial policy explains the rules we follow, and our corrections policy explains how to tell us when something is wrong.

We only cover firms that are authorised or registered somewhere. Where we could not find a licence on a public register, we say so plainly with the date we checked.

Who runs Payments30

Payments30 is edited by Ofir de Peretz.

Independence

We are not owned by, and do not take instructions from, any company we write about. If we ever publish sponsored content or use affiliate links, they will be labelled clearly and will never change the facts in our profiles. See how we make money.
