Disclaimer

Last updated 3 November 2026

Please read this disclaimer before relying on anything on payments30.com (the "Site"). The Site is published by Humainz, Inc. ("we", "us"). By using the Site you accept this disclaimer and our terms of use.

General information only

All content on the Site, including company profiles, comparisons, alternatives, guides, regulation explainers, tables, glossary entries and any other material, is general information for educational purposes. It does not take into account your objectives, financial situation, needs, location or circumstances.

Not advice

Nothing on the Site is, or should be treated as:

  • financial, investment, trading or tax advice;
  • legal or regulatory advice;
  • a recommendation, offer, solicitation or invitation to buy, sell or hold any financial product, crypto-asset or service, or to open an account with any provider;
  • a financial promotion approved by any regulator.

We are not authorised or regulated by any financial regulator to give advice. Before making any financial, business or legal decision, do your own research and take advice from a suitably qualified and authorised professional.

No warranty

We take care to check facts against primary sources and we show the dates we checked them. However, providers change their licences, products, fees and terms frequently, registers are updated, and errors can occur. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Always confirm information directly with the provider and on the regulator's own register before relying on it.

No liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Humainz, Inc. and its directors, officers, employees, contractors and agents accept no liability for any loss or damage of any kind, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive, including loss of profits, revenue, data, business or opportunity, arising from or in connection with your use of, or reliance on, the Site or its content, or any decision you make based on it. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions of liability. In those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the maximum extent the law allows. Nothing in this disclaimer excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

High-risk products

CFDs and leveraged products. CFDs are complex instruments and come with a high risk of losing money rapidly due to leverage. A large share of retail investor accounts lose money when trading CFDs. You should consider whether you understand how CFDs work and whether you can afford to take the high risk of losing your money. Figures we quote for the share of accounts that lose money are those published by the broker on the date stated and may have changed.

Crypto-assets. Crypto-assets are highly volatile and can lose all of their value. They are largely unregulated in some countries and are generally not covered by deposit protection or investor compensation schemes. Content about crypto-assets is not an invitation to invest. In the United Kingdom, crypto-asset promotions are restricted and we do not direct any call to action for crypto-assets at UK residents.

Gambling. Where we write about payments for the gambling industry, we cover business-to-business payment services only. We do not promote gambling to consumers.

Third-party companies, sites and trademarks

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any company named on the Site unless content is clearly labelled as sponsored. Company names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the companies we write about. Links to third-party websites are provided for reference and verification; we do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, products or practices.

Regulatory status statements

Statements about a firm's licences or registrations describe what we found on a named register or on the firm's own disclosure page on the date stated. A statement that we found no licence on a particular register is not a statement that the firm is acting unlawfully. Regulatory status can change at any time.

Changes

We may update this disclaimer at any time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
